Love it! Hmm I'd sell the figure arts and dvds to start. Also maybe some of the chibis later, there's so many it's hard to appreciate them properly. Then use the money for excellent display cases and just keep the ultimate rare, expensive stuff to display. Well, that's my own game plan anyway for my collection haha. If the negaverse ever invades, they will think twice before coming to your house

I feel like this is probably kinda weird but I dunno how else to go about it. My name's Clay and I'm a landscaper in Tennessee and I just came across a MINT condition Sailor Moon Play-a-Sound book from 1996. I remembered the show from growing up in the 90s so I saved it from the trash and my wife and I just looked it up tonight and found that even pretty used ones were going for 200-300 dollars on Ebay and Amazon and pretty much everywhere. Since its in such good condition my wife was saying it should really go to a collector who'll love it and appreciate it, so we looked on KZbin for Sailor Moon collection and we found you. Its seriously ridiculously good condition, not a flaw we could find, even the sound buttons work perfectly (and I think it's probly got the original batteries still, based off the condition). Anyway me and my wife don't really do social media or we would have reached out on Facebook. If you're interested in it just respond to the comment and I'll send you my email or phone number or whatever. We just felt like we ought to reach out to a collector. Thanks

I love your collection!! I will admit though, it does look cluttered and a bit overwhelming, so much that you don't know where to look half the time lol. I can see why you want to sell of some stuff. Ironically, I've decided on only buying the S.H Figuarts since I like changing their pose from time to time and they're a decent size. I'm still missing Sailor Moon, Jupiter, Pluto, Neptune and Saturn. I don't have Facebook and I don't plan on making an account, so good luck to whoever buys your figures! Oh and good luck choosing which ones to sell off! I know it won't be easy, but you can do it!

Personally after 3 years of collecting I've gotten really picky with what I want. Since theirs so much coming out; I just decided with what I want and don't want. Although I did depart with my s h figuarts (except for for super sailor moon, tuxedo mask & sailor v).

I did a big clean out last year and again this year of anime merch. I'm pretty particular about what I get but there was still endless amounts of stuff. Character goods really stack up! I tried to be extra brutal with my SM merch and kept what I liked best. Going thru my cards took the longest since I had so many, not to mention they were the most sentimental. It was interesting to see what I'd let go after all that time.

I just got into collecting petit chara figures, got a bunch in yesterday, when i discovered that every single on of them was fake, contacted the seller, and got her to take them back, because, she doesn't want any bad press on her secondhand sellers profile on that website, waiting on the money back when those figures arrive back to her tomorrow. At that same time, i ordered a set of two, from a reputable seller site, and got that box in today, and i can get why you won't part with your collection, those are by far the most fun to collect.. To be fair, i wouldn't mind getting a whole set of pvc figures posed in their end transformation pose.. but that's about it, will be sticking to those little ones as well.

I love your collection but I feel like your proplicas are washed out in the sea of everything else. If it were me I would buy acrylic risers to add some dimension organize your megahouse figures (so all of them can be seen not just the ones in the front). Also I'd raise up the movie posters I feel like there so much taking away from their awesomeness! And maybe consider ikea display cases on the sides on the tv for your proplicas OR the bigger figures/SH figurarts. Idk just throwing you some ideas :) As for selling, that's totally up you! I remember you saying " I love sailor moon, but I don't collect everything Sailor Moon" but when I seen that I was like LOL omg what doesn't she have??!

How do you do to clean up all that stuff? I mean, each and every figure must accumulate dust! I have the regular S.H.Figure set of SM and Saint-Seiya and, generally, I spent a whole day to clean them all up and pose them every week. In order to avoid such accumulation of dust, I bought a glass showcase covered. So, they remain cleaned for weeks.

I do not have the courage to let go of any part of my collection. I only started to collect like a year and a half ago and my biggest regret is that I had the 90s disguise pen and as a child, I used it so much that it broke and I got rid of it. I do not own any of the megahouse petite sets yet but I preordered the ochatomo night and day that they're reissuing. I currently got my eye on the Sailor Stars uniform set since I'm shamefully an Usagi and Seiya shipper :p
