Salam Saima, i would like to share something with you and with all of you guys who have their driving exam upcoming. It's really really good to write down your mistakes, whenever you finish your driving. I didn't write down my mistakes before and during my next driving lesson i repeated the same mistakes. But now my test is on 10th February and i am taking driving lessons now and whenever i finish my driving i come home, write down my mistakes and before my next driving lesson i read again my all mistakes and i don't do none of them again because i have in my mind i repeat again and again read my mistakes and then next time the instructor says really good when he sees i am so fast improving😊

sounds like good advice and I try to write down what I see most times too as there were some faults like leaving left indicator on while going round the roundabout wrong way and just general clutch control technique moving off which Aman didn't really point out or notice maybe

@@katrajernejc4987 I mean I am writing down what I see fault in other people's drive in the YT comments. I passed in 2016 but not driven a huge amount since because I was at uni for a few years and driving again more now after 3 years break. I always use gas, even sometimes in reversing because the key is the clutch modulates the gas input also. I feel like Saima hasn't quite had a lesson just focusing on this

@@Stallzyx aaaa i passed on my 4th try. I could of passed on my 3rd but gave way to another person on test 🤣 i was nervus so... on 4th he almost didnt pass me as well but she told him why i made my mistakes so he let me go, tho i had 2 drive with my fiancè for a bit to get truly used to my car. And then 2 months after i had a car crash ( not my fault at all. I moved out of the way so we were lucky to be alive 😊) I didnt drive for a while so i made some mistakes again. Please be carefull driving if you dont drive for a while, take it slow. It can be scary

❤❤❤❤❤ Our queen is back!! I’m at about Saima’s level with my lessons at the minute and I only live in a town. We have a couple of busy roundabouts but nothing as complex as these which I know would really intimidate me. God knows how I’ll deal with one of these huge ones when I eventually face one. Saima is doing SO well, it’s inspirational to watch.

Saima, it's lovely to see you back! Although, naturally, I wish you a successful exam soon! Yet before watching this episode -- only just having watched the intro -- I want to thank _you_ . I want to thank you again for letting us participate in your journey and learn from your motivation. But I also want to thank you again for the lesson of humility I took here. See, I was one of those who posted a negative comment under one of the first videos documenting your progress. And while my comment wasn't nasty or anything, I'm now very ashamed of it. Because driving is not a whimsical hobby or a sport. It's an ability that many people need for they daily life. And while not everyone has a natural talent for it, there's no reason to expect every driver to have it. It is a skill that most people without a severe disability can acquire. And you have basically acquired it already -- proving how wrong I was in thinking you won't be able to turn into a safe driver. You showed you absolutely had what it takes -- dedication, focus, resolve, humility, ability to learn from your mistakes. I wish you all the best. And thanks for making me a better human being (hopefully :)).
@Stallzyx2 жыл бұрын
Very true. I just hope she works on her clutch control because I see that as being the main area of danger especially if she encounters traffic scenarios where clutch control is needed or a set of traffic lights which are on a hill or where she can't just move off with brake and clutch. Also emerging onto roundabouts

Hi, I passed my practical test on Thursday with 3 minors in one go. I wanna thank you cos your video really helped me I didn’t even take any lesson at all just watched few video of yours and from other KZbin channel The key is to pass the test be positive and don’t get panic even if you make any mistake and drive like you’re going somewhere with your friend and you won’t realise how fast 40 minutes gone. I passed my theory on 9th of January after study for 4 hours a day before 😅😅 Then I booked my practical as soon as I come home and passed my practical on 19th of January Passed both of the test in 10 days. Thank you so much keep doing good work.

Thank you for going through so many of my comments, Aman :D It was pretty cool that you recognized my name when I joined in right at the end of the premiere live chat earlier. The videos and shorts (sort of acting as previews for what videos are next to come also) are really great, and you deserve the success :) Maybe one day I will be an instructor myself but right now I don't really have a ton of driving experience but I think I can drive to a decent standard and have proven this recently in some refresher lessons even after 3 years of no driving at all. Perhaps it's not that difficult but there's lots of nuanced things like highway code signs or situational knowledge or difficult junctions that mean you're still always learning or should have that attitude

I have gone through and watched Saima's lessons and it seems like now she is getting a little more familiar with things and has gained some confidence. For most people driving a car takes practice to become more comfortable with the process. When you're first learning, it feels like so much to keep track of all at once, which it is, but as you drive more it becomes second nature and gets much easier. Well done Saima. You're getting there. Just keep your chin up and continue practicing. We can all see your improvements! You are learning by the mistakes that are made. Thankfully you have a very calm and kind instructor who will talk you through the process and discuss any mistakes that are made. 😊 Just keep practicing. ❤

Hello. I trained all the roundabout using the googlemaps so I got from point A to B, than from point B to C, than making all differents possibilities. Another thing is taking pictures os the signs that are close to these roundabouts. These way you take the incertain of direction that make us nervous and can go bad. I just (6 months ago) make my first license to drive in Portugal. I am brazilian and never drove before in my 37 years old. Really was important to understand the difference names os places in roundabouts so this factor would not disturb me. Hope everithing is going to be allright to you guys. I watch your channel so I can understand the differences between Portugal and another countries. This so I can maybe someday drive by when turist another places. (Sorry my broke english. It is not my first language).

Going the wrong way every now and then isn't a problem, but the examiner is within their rights to terminate the test if the candidate is clearly not listening to instructions. @@ClearviewDriving Thank you for replying to so many of my comments! Fair enough, but I could tell it was confusing to the white skoda behind (who was stopping / following too close, but that's his issue), and the red cars to the left of her at the traffic lights had already gained distance and there weren't any other cars in that left lane fortunately. Someone may have tried to courteously slow down and let her leave via that other exit and she wasn't even planning on going that way, so bit of a weird one.
