Saima Yaqub | PMS 2021

They say success has many fathers and failure is an orphan but what they don’t tell you is that failure isn’t infertile. It is a ripe fruit bearing many seeds of success. It spawns new eras of victory. The only demand is to pull yourself up and start over again. People may or may not own you after you fail but you have to own your self with all your strengths and weaknesses. Fellows, let this failure (of not getting allocation in PMS) not shatter your faith. If you are thinking otherwise, here is a story of a girl. When she wasn’t successful she owned herself ; when she couldn’t join any academic institution for studies she didn’t complain; when she was having darkness around , she lit herself and became the candle; when there were odds , she defied all of them. She remained resilient, committed and focused. When she met me as a failure , I saw her as success. I am certain that after listening to her , all your trees of despair shall shed leaves of worry.
Without joining any institution after matric, having home based studies she managed to get a Masters Degree in English Literature and then qualifies CSS twice and has been allocated in PMS
