Thank you 😊 it's a white loaf bit it has a patterned crust which I think they do with rice paste so its got a different flavour- hard to explain but it's really yummy 😋 x

You might well be correct about the fact that there is less factory farming here. Red meat is very expensive but pork is more affordable than lamb and beef and of excellent quality.

What do you think you could do a weekly budget for a vegetarian who eats salmon and eggs, milk and cheese? Please do for a single household as many are esp students and elderly. Thank you 😊

Veggie menu would be cheaper than buying meat. I might do a single one in the future but we're a family of four so I have to buy what suits us to eat xx

Don't know if you know..but you can strain normal yoghurt through muslin and make your own Greek style yoghurt..I use the big cheap pots , and you can use the whey that drains off in baking..saves a few pennies and really easy to do..xx
