I first heard this song back in 1994 - still a contender for one of the finest songs ever: the bass line, the beautiful vocals and harpsichord - perfect.London looked so beautiful in the late 50's - early 60's before the ugly skyscrapers, the crash Americanization (mistakenly referred to as globalisation) and conformity took over.

Well done! to whoever made this video. The footage works so well with the music. I hadn't heard Mario's Cafe in a few years , I was playing it to find the reference to The KLF - "and did you see The KLF last night?" at 1m 50s or thereabouts!
