I love the Mini Lou, I’m so glad I got it! I was skeptical about being able to fit anything in it, but it holds exactly what I need, with a little bit of extra space for a few more goodies. For me, my one gripe is the fact that the tassel is not detachable.

Thanks for the video, I love the size of the small bag. I haven't bought one yet due to the tassel! I'm not a fan of it. YSL finally released the mini Lou without the tassel version. I will get a few when more colors are available. Can't wait.

I have it in dark natural. I love it! And it fits more than my YSL small wallet on chain. I can’t put my phone in the woc with all my other stuff but the mini Lou fits all my essentials + my phone

I actually don't find this opening too tight! The zipper comes down a little on each side, so I find it fairly easy to get into

I just got mine in black with black hardware, I moved in immediately. I take public transportation and I feel safer if the bag does not draw attention. I also wanted a bag for everyday errands and if I have to meet someone for coffee or dinner, I could also carry the same bag.

I loveeeee the Lou Camera bag, except this is way too small for me so I went with the medium lol. I had reservations at first as I’m a big bag girl, but was pleasantly surprised at how much the Medium Lou can fit. I just ordered a third as an early birthday gift to myself.

Great video! I think this bag is great. I am interested in purchasing this handbag, but when I checked it out in-person, it smelled a chemically. Do you recall whether your bag had a chemical-like smell? It didn’t smell like leather.

It does seem like a good bag overall, but a few other cons for me would be that the chain strap is neither removable nor adjustable. And the non-swivel aspect would bug me! Also, if you're short, it might hang too low, especially as a shoulder bag.

It is more $1450 yes 😬 I think it's a great bag and I might really consider it at the current price, but preloved is a great option too. I ended up paying what I did though a very ridiculous bunch of circumstances 😅 including a credit, a discount off, and Cashback on the card I used to pay.

Hi Enjoyed this review I just received this identical bag and I'm searching you tube and the internet for a way to lengthen the chain strap Any ideas? I cannot find a way to add an extension so I'm considering cutting the first chain loop then adding extenders Think this would work or do you know of a professional who might take a look at it to see? Since the chain is not removable, I do think you'd have to alter the chain to extend it. But instead of cutting the chain loop, you might be able to use pliers to open it and close it again. I bought but returned it because it did not work for me 😭 guess I have too many important stuff that I will have to compromise if I keep it. Disappointed that the back pocket does not fit my phone 📱 it is a really pretty bag though

I'm glad you were able to realize it didn't work for you in trying to return it! It definitely isn't something like a work bag for me, but I've found it great for errands. But of course it's totally dependent on what works for you!

This is great that you love it and enjoyed it! I purchased mine before 2019 on sale 40% off at Saks Canada. It was new from boutique and less then 900 CAD that time. I never liked it and never enjoyed it. I finally sold it a year ago and so happy it was gone! The tassel was driving me crazy, it’s like a little kids bag 🤦‍♀️. I love Chanel and Hermes, but YSL bags are definitely not my thing!

I don't think it is worth the new price tag. I think the strap should be adjustable and removable for the new price tag. This bag used to be 1,000 and now it is 1450 ish I think.

Exactly my thoughts.... so sick of the greed, something gets a little popular, let’s Jack up the price 50%. It is super cute, I was on the fence at $1000, at $1500 it is an easy no for me, but I am happy for anyone that loves it and gets joy from it.

I never thought about the strap being removable and adjustable 😅 but it's a good point! Though there are a lot of bags in or above this price range that also don't have adjustable or removable straps. Certainly it depends on what's worth it to you!

The Toy Loulou was $850 when I considered it.... it’s just greed greed... it is just disgusting, and $10,000 for a Chanel bag known for flaws, or the new LV’s??!! There are items I would have liked to purchase, but that won’t be happening now, and that is fine, I can admire from a far.

I like the Ysl camera bag but I already have they Gucci one that’s very similar. I wish I saw the Ysl one first since the interior is leather lined (didn’t know that, that’s a nice bonus). The Gucci one is only cloth lined. 🥲 but I think the chain will drive me nuts.

Aw, I didn't know the Gucci is cloth lined. But I think if you prefer the Gucci strap, it's probably a better bag for you anyway. I can see the strap driving a lot of people nuts 😂
