Everyone says it's boring, but as a super skinny guy, finally seeing models with my body type wearing skinny jeans and making it look good, this fashion show gives me ideas! I love that the looks are basic with a flashy piece, a pop of color, or a bold pattern while everything else is black. I need a basic black tee, black skinny jeans, and a bold chelsea boot soon.

This collection is so sad... YSL loves colors. He would never do an all black collection, especially in the summer. Also, the looks are Hedi Sliman aesthetic, not YSL. The only good thing about this show are the silhouettes of the models and the production, nothing more.

I love YSL, but this season was badd. Nothing special at all, great set but nothing really eye catching at all. On another note I did enjoy seeing an Asian male model on the runway. Always dreamed of modeling for YSL but I know they rarely choose Asians to model for them.

For the people who liked this, can you please point me the things you liked? I'm not hating, I don't take fashion that seriously. But to me this just feels like a lesser version of Hedi era SLP. Like don't get me wrong, the clothes are decent, but it's missing the edginess and loudness of Hedi. In my eyes there's no attitude here, just very plain clothing with models who lack character. You know the saying that something is on steroids? I feel like Hedi era SLP is the current Saint Laurent on steroids and I can't help it, but I really miss that old stuff. Anthony feels plain boring, I just can't get over it. So please point me out some things I might be missing here! It's very dissapointing to feel like this, because I used to really look forward to Saint Laurent shows. What is the identity of this new Saint Laurent?

ryydii Everything was very disappointing for me... I mean the set: splendid! But as you say, no wow effect to match the set when the clothes came out...the casting was so poor for me... we can have skinny boys with attitude but in this show they seemed like in pain... And what happened at the end with the body painting ? Let’s show some “muscles” guys !? Why ? Someone explain me this lol Disappointed.
