Saint Lucia's Day Saffron Buns | Bakington's Bites

Hello everyone! It didn't come out quite on time but I made some Saffron and Raisin buns for Sankta Lucia. Since my house is a girl free zone, I get them all! Do you have any holiday traditions? If so, what are they? I'd love to know! Families and recipes are super unique, and everyone makes these different, some with orange flower water, some with poppy seeds, some without cardamom. Thoughts?

I am not much of a baker. It’s fun to watch and eat the results, but I was never very good at it. My sister decorates cakes and she’s got a real talent for it.

I find a lot of satisfaction in watching people make things too! Cake decorating has always been something I've struggled with! My fine motor skills aren't great!
