Great video of the "other" Twin City. The architecture of St. Paul is really quite different from Minneapolis. That may be why they say St. Paul is the last of the Eastern cities and Minneapolis is the beginning of the Western cities.

I taught in St. Paul public schools for five years and the students are mean, vicious, and the school administrators were divisive, unsupportive and mean. The district has a very low graduation rate and the schools have a toxic environment. Don't send your students to St. Paul schools. The citizens are so unfriendly, provincial, arrogant and only befriend the people in their own cliques. Morley Safer, the late correspondent for 60 Minutes, said he stayed at a downtown hotel in St. Paul and there were no people on the sidewalks after 9 p.m. He never saw that before.
