beautiful city and state with terrible weather. lived there for 4 years. you get a very small window in the summer to enjoy water activities without the water being too cold, and to really enjoy outdoor activities without overcast. but excellent infrastructure which gives many options for recreation.

Nice video, I live on the Vancouver side, use the exact same roads to goto the Portland State University, so watching it felt like I am on my regular drive myself. Do you use a gopro or some cam mounted inside at the top of the windshield or outside on the roof top, the POV angle was good?
