Saint Teresa of Jesus of Avila, trip from Madrid to the places related with the life of Saint Teresa

Lost in Spain bring your the Route of Saint of Saint Teresa. I went from Avila to Alba de Tormes. Avila is the place where she was born. In Avila I saw the church which is built over the place where she was born. I also visited Monasterio de la Encarnacion where she was lived more than 30 years of her life. Then I headed to Alba de Tormes, in Salamanca, where she passed away. Avila is easily reachable from Madrid by public transport but for Alba de Tormes you will need to hire private vehicle.

Thanks for this, very helpful in planning my visit to Avila. is there any other way to get to Alba de Tormes from Madrid besides driving? Any train or bus station?
