Unfortunately saints shot themselves in the foot when they beat the blues, which was a nothing game. Blues still made finals regardless. Saints could have had pick 5 and pick 6.

Jagga and draper wont get to the saints. impossible. Jagga will either go to carlton, crows, dees or tigers. Draper will either go to carlton or crows.

I'm a romanticist, and think abolishing father-sons would be untimely for Saints. We have to see how Elwood goes this year and if you picure a Riewoldt, Hayes and Koschitzke playing together, what a cultural investment this would be!! We know the heritage, trusted Saints names. I'd love a "family" clause of it being easier for cousins or brothers to play together. Yes, I'm a sentimental fool.🥹
