Not sure if you know, but of you go off a big fall that kinda of makes your character like kinda stagger forcing you not to be able to move, you can press left or right on the d-pad right before you hit the ground and it'll completely skip that animation without switching your weapon either

I always loved levels where you can ambush hosts with such a trick as VERTICALITY. Grand Archives, Profaned Capital, Ringed CIty (especially Ringed City Streets with the Harald Guardians patrolling them), Dreg Heap, High Wall of Lothric... I fell in love with ambush/trap/hit&run tactics because my win/loss rate was boosted tremendously in positive way when i started to actually THINK about positioning and actual philosophy of each level. It is the most possible way to destroy ganks since nearly nobody invading the Grand Archives and hosts always have shit ton of phantoms here. Thank you, Saint! You actually reinvented DS3 for me and inspired to invade with ferocious enthusiasm. RIp and Tear the hosts... Until it's done

I did a little experiment when it came to wielding staffs on offhand or manhand. I found out that it's a much better idea to wield the staff on the mainhand with a parrying shield on the offhand. People hate sorcerers with a passion, so they'll want to be agressive as possible. But not only does the shield rob them of their agressive options, but you cam even parry people who roll your spells.

JAX. Exe frostbite is solid. Vordt's and Snap Freeze both apply it well. It slows them down, drains stamina, causes vulnerability to other damage, and procs for a decent chunk. The trick, as he said is to use fire to clear the debuff and then apply it again before you normally could by waiting. Snap controls spaces alright, but won't kill you.

Bob Madeup well I'm not depending on vortds hammer which it takes another step to cast snapfreeze. and will make me fat roll since mages like us wants short cuts and viable. think of darksouls a game taking turns. buff builds takes more turns than poise builds or pyrobuilds. but pryo builds takes a turn to cast their spells while a poise just get the job done. don't forget your "VIRTUALITY" in these situations. because you can be either patient nor get the job done. but hey it seems like his could hold how many? two open slots or three? you could use snap and mercury just to make the build a little flexible, seems well fit in areas with ledges. now I want to try this build out really bad. what's the build, Riot?

I'd probably do a mix between toxic mist and poison mist to stack up the damage. Pestilent mist is nice, but you can't run through it and attack without taking as much damage as your enemy. Plus not too many people are going to have blooming moss, even if the area can toxic you.
