What you said about mental processing being the difference maker. Its pretty much the same when it comes with QBs out of college. You can be the most athletic guy ever but if you cant process then you will be crap in the NFL. NFL is more mentally taxing I find then college.

Drew Brees is the greatest saints of all time, in my opinion, but Rickey should get his respect as well. I think (for me) the biggest difference is if you plop Drew Brees down into the 90s Saints he's still dominant. You do that with Demario, he is as well. I don't think Rickey has that same transfer from era to era. Brees/Davis do EVERYTHING well. Could Rickey Jackson cover high end RBs on wheel routes and pattern match coverages? Then again, it would be laughable to say Davis is as good of a pass rusher. (he's good, but not HoF good lol). Depends on what you like.

@@sjyort The Dome Patrol and that defense are legendary. Swilling, mills, Johnson, and jackson were the greatest LB core of all time. But the things Brees did not just for himself but for the team and the city of New Orleans cannot be topped. That man is a hero. And don't tell me about what i know about this team cause i know more than anybody ever should.

Davis has a tough challenge this week with Saquon coming out of the backfield. IMO I believe they assign Willie Gay those duties but it's will be tough.
