Ok Rick, listen. That symbol on your head is the amount of limiters you have. Goku used that same form your in, so that means you have 2 limiters. Vegeta has one limiter, and the Omni-god Zeno has 0. That means Zeno is stronger than Goku and Vegeta because they have a limit.

@RikudouFox The sign on your Cac head is a limiter. As an Omni Ssj, these limiters kinda plays the role of transformation. If your cac were to transform beyond Omni ssj, the horizontal line on his head limiter will be gone and they will look like a ssj2 but omni version, meaning that he broke his limit and reached new heights of power. If two Omni ssj’s were to fuse, they will break a limiter together as they are fused.

Both goku and vegeta have this transformation in the fanime. The upside down A is actually limit barriers. So if you remove them, you pretty much rival Lord Zeno. But all that is just in the fanime.

in amine war it is seen that goku and vegeta both have an upside down A and that is a limiter. Goku had 3 bars which means he wasnt even close to being on Zeno's level. When whis died zeno immediately teleported there with his guards. In vegeta's case he only had 1 bar left and this happened because since everyone was WAY stronger then him, goku, piccolo, gohan, even his own son trunks was stronger then vegeta. this caused vegeta to explode in anger which caused him to transform. Goku's mind caused him to snap and go full power to the point which the A was a V. this happened because he had a revelation of Bardock and he went Omni as well. He told goku that he wasn't alone he could do it and bardock's spirit went into goku and caused goku to snap and unleash his potential
