Well, without Nappa, Vegeta, and Frieza coming to Earth, Dr. Gero's data files would've been significantly depleted. So he almost certainly would've been much weaker. But, regardless, none of this matters. These videos are just simply jokes.

Not really, the androids that doctor gero created couldn't become so powerfull without studying powered up goku, Vegeta, Nappa and other Z fighters that got powered up just because of Vegeta and Nappa. Those androids would be much less strong.
