Hello, I have this battery since yesterday. The explained me that green light flicker from top to bottom is charging, from bottom to top is discharging (and I can find it here as well), but what does it mean if all three green lights are just flickering at the same time? It happened when I got to 15%. Thank you!

Hello, I have a SAj inverter and 3 5kWh batteries. The operating mode is self-consumption. For some days, however, the SOC has not exceeded 25%. The photovoltaic produces all the energy needed to load the house and the excess is sent to the grid. The battery does not charge beyond 25%. Can you tell me what could have happened?

Hello, i have the same setup but the battery stays always on standby? What can we do?

you can try to setup the battery via app to use three different ways; self-consumption, time consumption mode or back-up mode. Then you can check in the app what is the status, charging, discharging or back-up mode. When the battery is charging the three green LED it is moving from top to down, when the battery is discharging the three green LED it is moving from bottom to up and when the battery it is full, 100% the three green LED it is all on, without any moves.

Hell, while you introduce Saj équipement, I strongly suggest that you also mention that Saj DOES NOT OFFER ANY After Sales Service, and that Saj limits itself to an automated reply by email.. IN OTHER WORDS THE CUSTOMER IS LEFT TO COPE WITH EQUIPMENT THAT NO LONGER FUNCTIONS IN SPITE OF BEING WELL WITHIN THE WARRANTY PERIOD.
