I bought a notebook recently that had a narrow plastic sleeve holding the pages together. My first thought was “hey, a squash clamp!”

You are one of the most hardcore mfers on youtube when it comes to these things, just want to make sure you know it. Massive respect and just pure admiration for all your videos especially the SAK mods, the paracord videos, and tic tac kits, pure genius.

You're the Einstein of EDC 👍 Loved the story at the end... lol I've got 5 SAK's, most bought secondhand, but I'm yet to find a Cybertool 😕 I hope Felix sees this video !

first, deploy the grappling hook, then while holding onto the grappling hook, throw your swiss army knife over the wall.... but seriously.... this is a great mod

LOL, I thought we were going to see you scale the side of a building with that grappling hook, à la Batman and The Boy Wonder! A nifty little tool, nonetheless. You've got a fascinating and ingenious hobby.

Luckily my hobby is modifying SAKs rather than collecting them (which can be an expensive habit considering there are over 500 current production models).

Hang onto those plastic straws... theyll be hard to find very soon.
@RR4711 Жыл бұрын
Haven’t been able to get plastic straws in Australia for years now. Closest equivalent I could suggest is heat shrink tube available from some hardwares and electronics stores.
@alimfuzzy Жыл бұрын
@Books RR4711 bubble tea places still use them, otherwise amazon.

Plastic straws galore here in Michigan

@@BlueEmberDarkHorse pick them up while they can. When they made the switch here, it changed everywhere... and fast. If you think plastic cutlery at takeaway is bad, get ready for cardboard 🤣

I suggest Power Pro fishing line because you can get it in 80 pound test that’s at least half the width of dental floss and is a stealthy green color which can be used for fishing obviously or a trip wire or for magnetic retrieval with a more reliable strength. 😊

In your micro pocket tool kit video from a long time ago you have to just use a knife or scissors to cut into the seam running around the kit to get access to the space to feed a zip tie into it right?
@MeZillch Жыл бұрын
No knife/scissors was necessary: there was already a small opening in the material, near the the bottom of where the left side's three-tool-sectioned elastic band attaches to the middle hinge area of the Maxpedition Micro Pocket Organizer, an inch or so just above where the zipper starts, allowing me to feed in the zip tie upward, and then around that side's circumference.
