Sir, For our house we have provided old brick, lime with proper slope to drain water during heavy rain. After 40 years there is no water seepage In our house. The concept to avoid rain water seepage is to provide proper water drain. These water proof coating is waste of money as per my experience. 6:59

Superb idea sir sheet cost Rs 175/sft and u need to cover 4 sides too but this only 48/sft and need not to apply four side only one side terrace floor is enough even u can construct and can give for rent as many option available it's depends upon the requirement and budget

@@brittojohn1844 I just wanted to confirm whether it comes with the food grade chemical as like the one which we normally use it for coating inner side of the concrete water tanks. The rain water fell down on the roof (that was coated with this paint) will get stored either into the sump or into the borewell / ground water. So, it's not clear about whether this paint complies with the food grade substances or it has any harmful chemicals.

I treated with elastomeric coating and cement primer with one local painter .... it was not stopped the leak then approached this people by seeing this video They did for my home it's works well no leak for last 15 rains .....my opinion it's all about what methodology you select and spend I selected PU coating from German Brand .

Sir don't put this orange colour alternatively put white colour as it radiates too much heat downwards during summer. Actually one can't walk on the that floor during 10am itself. It's our personal experience that time wrong advice given to us to stop water seepage in our native place in Nellai.

Elastomeric was a total waste ordinary acrylic paint I tried the same in Dr Fixit then only applied PU coating ....pure PU coating always cheap and best ...if you think polyurea is expansive
