The input DC supply of this Geek fan is 24V and 1.5A through adapter, which can also be charged externally with 24V solar panel. The main advantage of buying Geek fan is, it has inbuilt Lithium Ion Battery, which ensures quick charging and BLDC motor, which gives long life to the fan, when compared to other fans. Since it is compact, with inbuilt battery, it can be carried anytime anywhere. At present, there is no other fans compatible with Geek fan in Indian market. The battery life is 3 hrs in full speed and lasts Upto 24 hours when kept in moderate speed, which can be recharged again for about 2-3 hours. Though the price is little high, it is value for money.

I made my own table fan with 10ah li-po battery it gives 8hrs backup at full speed when its fully charged. Also I made my own table fan charger 15v 2amps its charges the fan fully in 3hrs . the fan also consists of 20w high power led with heatsink and coolingfan for emergency conditions. And it also a voltmeter to display the battery voltage. And I made a smart charging tech with this fan,when charger is connected a relay disconnect the battery from fan but fan working in DC supply also indicate the battery voltage. That's all
