(Marty's interpretation) I think they're trying to say that in such a dog-eats-dog world, the closest symbol we have to peace is an already extinct, talentless fish that isn't good at swimming. This is my interpretation, I think the song is just telling people to cheer up. Because even the Sacabambaspis lived a good life, then why shouldn't you?
