Wow!! The last part the answer to the question really made sense and I am an living example of it. I couldn't clear JEE exam so got admission in a normal Engineer college but today people from big IITs are working as junior engineers to me in my company which is one of big MNCs on earth. Question- I am 22,went to 91 kgs(29% bodyfat) from 78 kgs in the lockdown and now after 5 months of propr diet and training (your push pull leg series) i am at 82 kgs(20-21% bodyfat).my current lifts- decline bench(225 lbs*4), squat (250lbs*6),deadlift(250*3). What I am confused about is that is this progress enough or I should expect more and I am doing something wrong.I have sent my progress pics in insta dm(please check). Question 2- should I prefer doing more sets with medium weight or heavy weight for less sets.intensity vs volume to be more exact

1] you're making great progress, keep it up 2] if your goal is hypertrophy, then perform 3-4 sets with the weight you can handle. If your goal is powerlifting, lifting heavy with lower sets is more beneficial for increasing strength.
