I have my placements, end sem, final year project all-together this month and I'm not getting time to go for gym so I prefer running & doing body wt. exercises for an hour everyday at least until exams are over. Hey Saket, Hope you're doing awesome with prep and exhausting schedule! I just had to drop a message to say that your fitness journey has been a massive inspiration for me since I jumped onto this fitness rollercoaster. Your videos have been my go-to source for motivation and learning. Seriously man, your dedication and the way you're living life are goals I'm chasing, and I'm giving it my all to get there. Whenever I watch your videos, it's like an instant switch to 'let's work hard’ mode! Can't even express how thankful I am for that! Saket the reason y u feel good after hamstring curls in the knee area is that u move ur knee joint during that movement Leg ke pressing movement main only leg extensions main u move your joint but that is never ur first leg exercise If u observe squats n leg press main knee joint is moving very less

Saket bhaiya i’m at no level to advice you, but this is something you might consider, you can include just 1-2 sets of Ileac Pulls in the back workouts, i had a decent back but whenever i did a lat spread they used to open up from a pretty high level, just by including these ileac pulldowns, my back grew alott, and my lower lats have grown folds making my rear lat spread even better and it doesn’t even require a machine, just the cable and a bench. It even includes a gnarly contraction and stretch just the way you like training. Hope you try this out❤️🙏🏻
