My leg day formula is bilateral and unilateral. Partial (top/bottom strength-focused) reps with the combination of isometric and isotonic bodyweight movements Ex-work pat: chair pose, partial pistol squat with top and bottom variations, static pistol squat (no movement) with top and bottom variations. It works like magic. Try it. 💪 💪 💪

in the hamstring curl you are bent forward to bias the long head of the hamstrings in the lengthened position. try to make a pause on the top to get full stretch and end the set with some partials to failure

So i was doing leg press on this machine, like the one in this video. After doing 1 set 10 reps; on 2nd set about 5 reps in, i felt a pop on my rib. After that i got up and it was paining on the last 3rd-4th rib. No bruises or swelling. It was not a very sharp pain but I couldn’t finish my 2nd set. After that it pains whenever im lifting the exercise that includes core engagement. Have i broken my rib? What it is??? I weigh 77 kg and weight on the machine was 200 kg.

just a querry... if suppose i am trying to do triceps extension starting with my waker arm and reached failure at 10 reps then what should be done with the other arm does i need to stop at 10 reps even i haven;t reached the failure of should i go further... as i always have a misconception in my mind that if a go more than 10 reps then my only one arm will grow more... please suggest me :)

Bro you have mild patellar tendonitis. You need to strengthen the microfibers in the areas surrounding the knees as well as the calves. You should try light rehab exercises with a resistance band. Actually just google rehab for patellar tendonitis and see a ortho if needed. I had the same thing due to playing football on hard ground. An ortho prescribed some medicines and it really helped along with light rehab work.
