i can help you with his workout routine because i am following him from the last 3 years so, sit down and read it till the end. lets start, so right now he is on a 4 day split 1. chest and shoulder 2. back 3. arms 4. legs and abs everyday. he do one pure topset of every exercise because he do not like the inverse pyramid style. but before that make sure that you have done proper warmup sets with control. DAY 1:- Now for chest he do 3 exercises [ incline smith, machine press and high to low cable fly ] and before cable fly he usually do OHP and at the last he trains his side delt and then a total failure set for abs. Day 2 :- for back Saket do one vertical pull, one horizontal pull and one isolation for lats, firstly do some scapula warmup on pull up bar then do some warmup pullups and then Saket go directly to the lat pull down machine and then machine row or seated cable row and then for isolation he to cable pulldown and then go home . day 3 :- For arms, basically biceps and triceps, he only do 3 to 4 exercises. so firstly do cable or dumbell bicep curl, then do cable or dumble single hand extension then do preacher curl and at last tricep pushdown. he sometime switch the order. Day4 :- now legs, Saket's one of the favourite day, so firstly he some do proper warmup then he trains hamstring first for the proper blood flow for smith machine squats or leg press. after leg press he do leg extension, then adductors for mass look, then calves and then go to the home. Now his reccomendations 1. do proper warmup 2. do controlled reps and pause for a second at the peak contraction. 3. do exercises with constant tension, basically machines. 4. track every single gram of your food in myfitnesspal. 5. order a food weighing scale 6. do workout, study, sleep early, wake up early and be disciplined and master your cravings. 6. eggs are the goku level protein source for more you can watch his videos in the play list section of his channel. there is no age limit for cratine and protein. take 5 grams of everyday and wait for atleast a month to saturation and the results. Do not load creatine, it may cause several issues. now try to fulfilll most of your protien by food and then use whey protein. for skin care, he do nothing but because of all the pills he take like fish oil, vitamis, minerals do the skin work for him. thats all ignore my grammar and english, and feel free to ask anything, i will reply. @@Not.L_Lawliet bro for protein, you can consume soya chunks but not more than 50 gram day, then you can consume curd, milk, paneer and tofu. even i eat 250 grm of milk and 500 ml milk everyday because eating nonveg everyday is hard. now the creatine and protein stuff, creatine is basically a suplement to boost your strength and performance and protein is just a nutrition which you can consume even without whey. so taking whey is not compulsary but if you have budget so definitely go for creatine. Now if you have both, so you can take 1-2 scoop of whey, anytime you want to throughout the day. and take 5 gram of creatime with lukewarm water and add pinch off salt in it for better pump before workout or you can take it post workout too. and dont worry broo even i was very weak. my max pushup count was hardly 1 and lets not talk about my pullups count haha... so its either your chest day, back day or leg day, you should warmup your joints first. and in winters you should spend at least 15 min for warmup. for upper body, your shoulders and scapula are the important joints and parts for warmup.for shoulders, do rotator cuff warmup and some dumbell wrist rotation. then do max 20 pushups or one set pec dec. then jump into your workout. according to Saket, one pressing and one flying is enough for beginners. SO do incline chest press on smith or u can do dumbells too. then do chest cable fly and if you want ki i want to do more then do barbell or dumbell flat bench press and go to failure on all the exercises. for back firstly do some assisted pullups on a machine or ask a friend to help you. we gymrats will help you if u ask us in the gym for any thing. so after that u can do the exercise i have told you earlier. and most importantly, Do not skip legs, Saket respect those who have big legs thats why my lower body is overtaking my upper body, my quads are gignatic. And that make my wntire physique impressive. so go hard on your leg day if you even do not want to. and you can do Push Pull Legs, whivh Saket himself talked about in his 2023 starting videos. your arms will not grow that much in PPL. thats why give them aa seperate day, and a fun fact your shoulders recovrs much faster and if you want to look broad and aessthetics then train your side delt more. Spam lateral raises with correct form till failures, Do not egolift by watching insta reels. and dont run behind PRs, u want to build muscles, u do have not to powerlifter. dont count your reps, see the timer your set should end in 40 to 50 seconds, so choose a weight in which u hit muscular failure. dont change your workout routine every other weeks, Do the same damn thing for 2 years you will look good with proper nutrition. its a slow process, enjoy it and be safe from injuries. do more machine workout then free weights for safety. THATS ALL ❤

Saket Bhai, can you please make an updated beginner gym video, or maybe mention somewhere in the vlog that beginners can still follow the old split and workouts you recommended. Like in the past video for chest you used to mention 1 press movement + 1 fly movement, but now you do 2 press + 1 fly. Also do you still follow 5 sets of lateral raises, failing between (10-20 reps) or like you showed in today's video you know choose a weight which can fail at 4-5 reps. Could you make this video for Push, Pull, Legs with your updated knowledge, highlighting the necessary workouts, the rep threshold for each exercise in order to progressive overload. I'm not asking you to update it monthly, but maybe a yearly update would be really helpful for the beginners starting out this journey. Anyways, hope you kill this shredding season bro 🦾
