@@unsaturated8482 alr my guy I know everyone is entitled to their opinion, but it's vital to give reasons when making claims about someone's character, especially when calling them 'fake.' Without specific examples or experiences, it's hard to know why you feel that way (prolly insecurity or jealousy). From what I've seen, his actions and respecting his culture suggest he's genuine, and it's possible he's kind in ways we may not always see. But nowhere in that video did he do something out of pocket or be flashy, he was just being himself and just trying to educate others on how he bodybuilds. mfers making illogical claims just cuz they small or jealous ffs. do better yall.

Gotta respect him because it really would be tougher to be a vegetarian bodybuilder. Sure you won't become a Ronnie Coleman or Phil Heath without the meats, but you can get to a pretty impressive size without the meats.

I have followed this diet for 3 years. Not only is it healthier, its so good for your mental health. It teaches you self control, that you won't eat meat, and these other things, and that you have complete control over your body when it comes down to what it eats.

Exactly not all Sikhs. I met a guy from India and he’s based in the US. I’m a British UK born and raised Indian woman and he treated me so badly. He was a narcissist, psycho, pervert, master manipulator, he used coercive control throughout the 4 days I was with him basically all the manipulation tactics on me. First time I met a strange man with no empathy, he just used and abused me - he was angry over little things. I was disgusted and I didn’t know he was the way he was because 3 weeks before I met him he was love bombing over video calls everyday. He was sick. My sister in law is Sikh. This guy knew I wanted a relationship, marriage and kids but he treated me like I was an object. Never going out with a guy from India again (first and last time). I’m a nurse and well educated myself, I come from a great family oriented background but he just wanted to degrade me. He was a divorcee too, said a lot of bad things about his ex-wife of 4 years but was more into his ex-sister in law who his brother was married to again for 4 years too who was white American. He was a pathological liar so God knows what was true. Anyways, I don’t trust all Sikhs anymore (not all are the same but this guy I met was sinister). 🇬🇧

the turmeric, while being activated by the black pepper is essential, you're missing a big part of the absorption... you need to add some fat in there to make it work!

@@muscleandstrength that’s usually what happens when you switch to a diet that is more fiber especially if you don’t already eat much fiber which is temporary

There's no restriction on diet in Sikhi/Sikhism, all our Gurus ate meat(jhatka) as all of them were warriors. As our Gurus said only idiots debate on whether eating meat is a sin or not. ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂਜੀਕਾਖਾਲਸਾਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂਜੀਕੀਫ਼ਤਹਿ॥

On the spicy thing, its funny bc im an American who loves spicy food and everytime i come across people from the "spicy cultures" Indian, Thai, etc they seem to make it their mission to make the American yield to the spice and i never have yet. More than once ive been told "my mother would love you". Hopefully one day ill make it over there and try some spicy food from the source.

Indians have some spicy foods but oh man, Thai is on another level. Now THAT type of food most people wouldn't be able to handle unless you're native to Thailand. Far beyond spicy.

@@wombat5252im slowly working my way up the Thai ladder idk if its everywhere but the places ive been its super hard to convince them to gibe me the actual Thai levels not "American spicy" though the food is always great so im not complaining. Though the shocked expressions they have when i barely react to the spice levels is hilarious.
