For the cucur cempedak..it is common for foreigner..for those like durian they automatically dislike cempedak..and vice versa..

People get confused about jackfruit. there 2 types (both somehow called jackfruit) - local names are cempedak and nangka. Both had different texture and taste. In the street, normally cempedak is fried with flour, while the nangka are cooked with curry. You could try the uncooked one of both types and compare the taste.

Saki-chan the first dish that you tray called as "Tongkeng (トンケン) ayam" is the chicken's tail, but some people call it chicken's butt. Its my favourite dish, but can't eat it often, it has high calories 😂😂😂, while the thing that you try after the Karipap is called "Keropok lekor"(クロポッ レコー) you suppose to dipped it with the sauce first. The one you eat after keropok lekor, the ball shaped is called as "jemput-jemput/cucur", because you taste sweet potato then the name is "jemput-jemput/cucur ubi".

APAM BALEK: have 2 texture and different. the crispy one and then the the soft one.its have Sugar,peanut and corn inside. If you ask me ,recommend the crispy one😍👍 KEROPOK LEKOR: Made by fish and flour combine.keropok lekor also have the crispy one and soft.Dip it in the sauce if you want it more tastier🤤❤ MURTABAK: Procest to make it same like ROTI CANAI but MURTABAK have Egg,chicken,beef and Onion inside.❤🙌 COKODOK( the black ball one😅): Its made with flour and banana and then cooked it untill brown.🤤( my fav)✌🙂 CURRY PUFF FLAVOR: -Potato -Chicken -beef -prawn TEPUNG PELITA: -i never tried this yet😅🙌 CHICKEN SATAY: I think that chicken is AYAM PERCIK?🤔 *correct me if im wrong* And the last one,OUR ICONIK FOOD -NASI LEMAK!!!🔥🤜❤🤛🇲🇾 The rice colour maybe diferent in every city i think? I don't think it's ayam percik. It's just a grilled chicken i think. Tepung pelita was fantastic why u didn't try it😭. It's a pandan custard topped with a unsweetened santan custard. Very delishh

Thanks for being brave enough to try the food. Its okay if you don't like certain food because different people have different taste but at least you tried. Next time you should try Nasi Tomato or Nasi Kerabu, Ayam Percik, roti John, Swarma, Nasi Arab with Lamb Shank. You should also try the drinks like Kathirah, mango smoothie topped with mango slices, sugar cane juice, air Bandung ( rose syrup with milk), tau fu fa ( soya bean pudding).

10:06 murtabak has got 2 different condiment/sauce..1 is curry..another is pickled onion (red colour). You should try both as see which sauce is for you. As for me. I prefer the pickled onion as it balances the taste, with its sweet and sour taste..contrast with the curry inside the murtabak filling

The fish cracker that saki-chan ate is what we called keropok ikan or keropok lekor if i remember correctly. The deep fried ball if not mistaken should be sweet potato, i think is called ubi goreng. Should be the name of it. If wrong im apologize on it coz is really being very long time didnt try ramadan food 😅😅

nasi lemak without coconut milk is not nasi lemak for me, the apam balik u buy is the crispy one is good while hot but when cold its not as good, i prefer the big apam balik as it is spongie and soft even when its cold.. cempedak= sticky and sweet nangka=chewy btw i dont know cempedak have smell, maybe u got rotten one or did the seller give u durian? since the only food that has strong smell is durian.

Saki Chan ...that one not call Jack fruit, is call 'Campedak' deep fried. Jack fruit in malay call it Nangka. Both are different fruit but family, Nangka fruit won't deep fried, just eat it like fresh fruit. Both fruit outlook is similar same but the texture & taste are totally different. You have to try Nangka.... i think there was a lot of Malaysia local fruit that you haven't try yet example Mangosteen, Rambutan, Langsat, Star fruit, Pomelo & Honey Apple. Hope you enjoy it.

This is the 3rd video I've seen of a Japanese person buying chicken butt at ramadan bazaar & not realising they bought chicken butt 😲 The deep fried ball is 'cekodok', mashed banana + flour. The deep fried fish sausage is called 'keropok lekor' can also be eaten with the sauce they gave you. Over ripe cempedak do have a strong smell but Saki-chain's reaction totally unexpected 😂 From the video of their stall didn't look like it was over ripe. Try eating it raw next time, just tell the owner to sell you one piece not deep fried 🤔

first you eat is Bontot ayam..Chicken tails.. -murtabak yes is the famous dish in Malaysia.. -fish cracker (kerepok lekor) is good when it hot..soft..crispy and fish taste... -Tepung pelita.. yes made from pandan leaves..sweet taste.. -fried jack fruits is taste so good..you can eat together with seed..yess is smelly but is soo good .
