@@Mickieshelton That's the truth. Especially in daylight photography, the iPhone is significantly ahead. Even the regular iPhone 15 was superior due to making larger 24MP photos. The iPhone is also superior in video and especially videography at night where Samsung historically lagged behind not just Apple but other companies as well.

Both are brilliant devices, but I would choose the flexibility and versatility of the S24U. Gamers need to really look at the IPhone 16 Pro Max however. It's gaming performance seems to be incredible based on reviews I have seen.

I own an iPhone 14 Pro Max, S24 Ultra, Fold 6, and Flip 6. I’ve also owned a Pixel 7 Pro in the past and wanting to pick up the Pixel 9 Pro XL eventually and possibly an iPhone 16 Pro Max. I can tell you personally as an owner of these different brands that it honestly doesn’t matter much which you go with. Each phone is better than the other in some form or another and that’s why I personally actually own both Android and Apple. I’m deeper into the Samsung ecosystem with owning a Samsung Smart TV, the 3 Smartphones, and two Samsung Smartwatches. Just because I enjoy and prefer the Samsung ecosystem, it all depends on the ecosystem you personally prefer the most. You want an Apple TV and Apple Smartwatch and the nice iMessage ( which that and all my subscriptions are through Apple Pay because it’s honestly so convenient are the reasons I stick with iPhone as my side piece) go with iPhone. You’re buying into an ecosystem more than anything nowadays. All phones are gonna take great pictures that most people won’t complain about. Every phone is super fast (especially the higher end Ultras and Pro Maxes of the world).

Most of the Samsung features are gimmicky that most people in real world usage doesn't use. Apple is smoother and their ecosystem and apps are superior. Even though they are usually behind when coming out with features that Android has had for years, they perfect it better than Android.

Actually, this is not entirely true. Multitasking is not a gimmick, it allows better productivity. I love the flexibility of my android phone. The AI side, watch when Apple will deliver their overdue version - everybody will think this is genius !, has some advantages and since it is in its enfancy, we can expect much more. Of course, you are in charge the AI and not the opposite. You decide how to use it and you are the one with the brain. A phone will never make your own decisions.

Iphone everything is better than the s24 ultra. The face recognition. Cameras with the dedicated camera switch. The overall smoothness, animations, and on n on n on, BUT I do believe this will all change once again with the s25 ultra. Mr. Who's The Boss did a video on battery drain tests and the S24 Ultra whooped the entire 16 lines asses on the battery department. It may be older than those phones but also take less time to charge also. I think both phones though are tied when it comes to camera and both are equally good. But that's just me. The S24U looks dated next to the iPhone to be honest. The iPhone looks more impressive and it is definitely the more beautiful phone. Not sure on what basis the S24U won in your eyes. Having an S-pen is only a win for a specific type of people. The iPhone is superior in the fundamentals. It provides superior performance, camera quality and battery life. It also has features that simply do not exist on the S24U such as AAA gaming. Magsafe is also an exceptional feature that, for some reason, people making such comparisons forget. I'm not sure if you forgot about it because you are not an iPhone user or you just did not want to make the iPhone look better. It is a far more useful feature than the S-pen that people actually use. It is not just wireless charging. Companies found all kinds of ways to use it including external batteries, wallets and fans for gaming.

The S-pen does make a huge difference, as no iPhone offers such options. Those of us who use our S-pen, find it to be a natural use and function of the phone. If you were to start using the S-pen you too would be pleased that you have one. Let me ask you this question - do or do you not have multiple iPhones chargers pre-staged, ie car, home, office, etc.? No iPhone can go a full day without needing to be charged, so where is the improvement in battery life? The iPhone 14, 15 and 16 are completely identical, one reason why all of the carriers give away the iPhones all year long. MagSafe, okay, can’t the S24 Ultra reverse charge phones, ear buds, etc? Besides the camera, processor, and memory, nothing has changed since the iPhone 6. Let’s get serious, the iPhone used to lead technology, but for the past 4-5 years, nothing has changed. And a camera button on the side, the side button of the S-24 Ultra can be programmed to take pictures and open apps, but I do have the S-pen to take pictures as well. I love how the European Union keeps forcing Apple to employ the latest technology on their iPhones (AI, RCS messaging, USB-C connectivity, etc).
