There is no reason to change devices if the owner takes good care of it and it works just because a new model comes out. I usually average 5 to 6 years on a phone. Always in a SupCase Beetle case which encased the phone and turns into what Nextel Motorola phones were back in the day .

Don't be fool I've watch multiple videos that show the s24 ultra still has better better battery life yet having a way smaller capacity tells you all you need to know is that this phone is not optimized at all and rather push the chip to the max just to get 5% more fps in games the amount of power it draws from the chip is not worth it especially when it has a way higher battery capacity than the s24ulta yet battery life is worse

My s21 ultra is still going strong. Not a scratch on it. Battery still good for a day plus. When needed, I'll stick with samsung. They back up their devices. I bought a zte axon 10 pro which was a great phone, but in the 2 years I used it, I only received 1 update. That's when I stopped and bought my s21 ultra.

I really wanted this phone, and was about to pull the trigger on the purchase until I realized 2 issues. Grand scheme of things unimportant, but negatives for me. I live in New Orleans, so it is always humid and always raining. This, and most other gaming phones uses active cooling, e.i., fans to stay cool. That is not good a a humid, rainy climate, I assumed. Second, it doesn't use mmWave, again, not significant, but important to me. One other thing that concerned me is the manufacturer not saying how many updates the device would receive, now that I thought about a third reason. I love this phone, may still get it as purely a "play with" device, but as my daily driver, it just wouldn't work.

Honestly. I bought the 12 GB version and the Android itself stock is running at like 6 gigs. So you're getting 6 gigs of free storage. It is a huge customized version of Android. But, When you play games, those 6 gigs that are used, will go back down to three gigs. But but I still would like it to be around 2 gigs or maybe one point five gigs being used by Android, And if you're running the game at high settings you're still getting around 60 FPS. But if you are a content creator like me, You need to record video at the same time. And it would be a little cherry on top to be able to edit video on the go without your game completely shutting off on a separate app. So if you're just playing a game you're going to have fun with the $600 model. If you're doing community stuff with your game, Having discord open and third party apps while playing, and you want to make some content recording smooth video over your game without frame drops in the recorded video, I would recommend getting the 16 GB model for sure at least. With that said I am giving back my 12 GB model and getting the 16 GB model because it is worth it for me and because the phone is actually really good so I'm willing to go through that. And if this is all out of your price range I would recommend the razor edge.$200 l, 144 hz display and use it to record video while streaming from your PlayStation. And quite frankly the speakers on the razor edge are beyond the next level. There are two dedicated large speakers on each side of the device. And even flagship phones won't be able to sound as good.

If there is a fan for battery charging means the phone gets too much hot during charging, is not it? That means it is very risky if the fan once starts malfunctioning. Once fan fails to work then charging can create very high temperature and battery might blast. So we need to know how high the temperature can jump during charging without fan, that's the main concern for buyers and buyers should have this question otherwise there is chances of battery disaster.

Anything with mechanical components will actually fail in time. For this case the cooling fan might fail in time as it is mechanical. Also there might be clogs in the fan from dust or foreign objects which cannot be opened to clean. Other than that the blinking lights might fail as it is always on. Also this phone will not get updates as fast as other flagship phones. Other than that it's a good phone. S24 Ultra user...

He made mention that this phone is for gaming. For presentation purposes he had to have a phone to compare it to for it's selling point and features that aren't on a Samsung. I've had many Samsung's and other Android phones on the market as well as a Nokia N900 which was basically a micro computer running on Linux software and wasn't hackable, but I like the fact that there are so many other options on the market with the tech that's able to compete with the two major brands . In the end, it's all about preference. If you're into gaming, then, this an awesome phone to have based on the specs. If not, then to each his own.

Their own website can’t, or won’t, tell you if your carrier works with these phones. Amazon reviews state that their WiFi connectivity is not great. I’ll stick with Samsung. My S22 Ultra gives me all of the capability that I need in a phone.
