Good story telling. As the emphasis was on expressions on emotions, the lighting was old style. (in old Mani Ratnam movies). Sudha steam rolled over Shraddha in acting. I could feel the expected emotions which the director wanted to convey. Someone please tell Shraddha to change her makeup as her face looks madeup and she is more beautiful naturally. All the best director sir! Need to see more

Awesomest Movie. Specially Loved the music. I have a habit of watching short movies but never found such music playing background elsewhere or such an awesome DOP. Acting at its best. The combination of music, silence and dialogues are just Amazing It has come very very very well. I cried a long ago but this movie made me cry.

First of all congrats for the amazing work done. Happy to see this really :) Because it is in this level, we can compare and judge and give feedback as a critic! Plus: 1. Technically brilliant, shots composition and lighting is equivalent to a feature film! 2. Subtle expressions can be felt. ( Acting is good, good job by the director) 3. Art direction is beautiful (Not even feature films are this professional sometimes!) 4. Costumes.. continuity.. everything is professional :) Minus: 1. Concept was not too fresh and it never surprised! (not a big minus though) 2. As few have mentioned, it was indeed slow in many places. (Time has to be given only when audience is still thinking about that emotion, if they are over it already and still the same slow shot is playing then they get bored) 3. Even though it is professionally done, this much was not needed for this script. I mean, the lady being a teacher owns such a beautiful home with such classy interiors etc and all these yrs she couldn't meet her very own daughter, somehow not convincing! 4. Even the lighting is not natural ( In every shot the focus was going on lighting rather than the film/story - Pls don't get offended at this, as I know how tough is to plan this lighting :) Overall it set a new benchmark for Kannada short films professionally yet stayed one step behind connecting the audiences to the story! @SanchithSanjeev... One more Anup Bhandari in the making :) This short film clearly was telling that you want to prove how professionally you wanted to direct and now ready for a feature film. So the purpose is served. Congrats and All the very best :) :)

Excellent story line. Crisp direction. Loved the light and shadow play. Emotions were very well expressed by the actors. Shradda Sainath's facial expressions spoke values. Sudha Belavadi being a seasoned actor did a neat job. Sanchith Sanjeev has a long way to go as a director...Congrats....wish you all the best for your future endeavours.
