Although I appreciate your efforts here Sir, but being a black belt myself, I can confirm that this trick will NOT always work especially for beginners, as it depends more on the practitioner's strengh here. In most cases, indian girls by natural means do not have that much strength on their wrists. It would be great if you can actually show people the science behind the defense and reflexes. For example, to stop an attack that is circular in motion, you need a linear force to stop that and vice versa. The external or internal defense motion from the centre of mass shall depend on the type of attack. Building such defense reflexes requires to observe the attack dynamics first and then react accordingly. It needs the scientific explanation and hope you shall help people with the same. Thanks...

Very good teaching. In India there is a great lack of martial arts teaching infrastructure. Indians are badly lagging as far as martial arts is concerned. Neither we have created a network of martial arts classes in the country nor there are enough well trained MA teachers who teach authentic martial arts. We have completely neglected to make martial arts a part of our life and even in our schools and colleges we have failed to include martial arts in our curriculum. This is the reason why crimes keep happening and people especially women and children are helpless and dependent on someone to help and protect them.

Self defense against knife is not as easy as it seems, the attack pattern of knife attacks are very unpredictable and most of the times would lead either to death or major injuries, the question here is how not to get stabbed but how to escape with having minor injuries. It would be better if women carry non lethal weapons with them. Most of all self defense requires proper training, technique and strength

ये मुस्लिम लोग अपनी बहन बेटी को बुरका हिजाब में रखते हैं। दूसरे से प्यार दोस्ती तो दूर चेहरा तक देखने नही देते हैं। पर ये योग दूसरे धर्म की लड़की के साथ ये सब करते हैं। जबकि बचपन से मदरसे में पढ़ते है,रोज नमाज भी जाते हैं। लेकिन कोई भी मुस्लिम समाज का आके ये सब रोक नही सकता। दो नफरत भाई जितना नफरत देना। निकिता तोमर, निधि गुप्ता, साक्षी सिंह, अंजली सिह, आशा तिवारी, रुबिया दिलक, भावना दीक्षित, सुमेधा शर्मा, हिना तलरेजा, प्रियंका, शालिनी, सगुन मेहता, जैसे हजारो केस हैं। ऐसा केस 4-5 अगर मुस्किम लड़की के साथ होता ये लोग पूरी तरह आवाज उठाते। पर हमारा हिन्दू समाज सोया है। अभी और भी बहुत इस लिस्ट में आएंगे। अपनी बहन बेटी को रक्षा स्वयं करो। आपके बच्चे किन किन लोग से दोस्ती बातचीत, घूमना मिलना जुलना है, उनका सोशल मीडिया पर कौन से लोग friend हैं। अपने बच्चे को धार्मिक शिक्षा जरूर दीजिये। नजर रखिये अपने बच्चे पर। दुखद तो है साक्षी को बचाने कोई नही आए। जबकि वहाँ से बहुत से लोग गुजरे।😭 Special marrige act से शादी करने के बाद भी नाम धर्म बदल ही देते हैं। मन्दिर, पूजा पाठ, होली दिवाली सब हराम। लेकिन वो लडक़ी पीर, फकीर, दरगाह, ईद, बकरीद में दिख जाएगी। Mn

Sir, the techniques taught by you are really very awesome but can only be executed by a trained Martial artist. I think one need to master any of the martial art to deal with any attacking patterns which are often unpredictable. If possible please try to give the basic knowledge regarding strengthening the body and the science behind that martial art and how to sustain courage during any quarelling situation.

First you need to learn martial artist and after that this tricks will become handy... Saari countries mai self defence school time se sikhaya jata hai..china, Japan, taiwan, korea, usa, uk etc... Sirf India ko chor kar, India mai koi seriously leta hi nahi hai... Bas Jo serious hote hai unhe institute join krna padta hai..or ese trained logo ko bhi search krna kadi difficult hai
