Btw, Fushigoro didnt bring back Itadori. Itadori realized that Fushigoro was about to use a technique that would shorten his life, so he decided to sacrifice himself to prevent Fushigoro from doing that. That is why you see Fushigoro release his attack. He talks normally at the end because he knows he doesnt have much time with Itadori. Manga showed this better

from what i understood from the manga, fushiguro said "furube yurayura" which is not only described as a magic spell of the "ten sacred treasures" (which i assume are megumi's shikigamis) but also "part of a chant that is believed to summon the dead". i interpreted it as megumi summoning yuji (a dead person) to say his last few words to him before he actually dies along with sukuna
