Uzumakis had high chakra reserves, and Naruto had the incarnation of pure chakra (kurama) inside him on top of that = which made his chakra levels unmatchable. Hashirama was the same since he was a kid. Sasuke never showed this "high chakra reserves" trait when he was a kid. Rinnegan and six path abilities only boost your abilities, not chakra. This is why Pain was exhausted after using Rinnegan despite being a Uzumaki, and Obito-Madara could only use it due to Hashirama cells. So no, Sasuke doesn't have anywhere near the same chakra levels as Naruto.
