I first heard this song back in 1999 when I was 8 and ONLY noticed this now D: thanks for pointing it out! This just makes the song even more beautiful; it makes sense because of Ryu and Sakura's relationship and how her goals and motivation was inspired by him. There should’ve been a game called Karaoke Fighter. Why the Hell Sakura's theme ending parts are ALWAYS awesome ? In Sf4, it loops so perfectly you would hear the theme for hours, in this song version, it is nostalgic as f, and in Sf5 Residence theme, someone mixed it with the near-death theme which is very pumping !

Everything related to Sakura's feelings either has some toxic Ryu x Chun-Li shippers, or people spamming 'non-canon'. To be honest, Sakura is the only one I can see Ryu with because he rarely talks to anyone on his own--other than her. I'm hoping once 6 comes rolling around, we have something concrete to go by. O_O; I mean yeah, It's controversial and it was considered an illegal pairing before, but now it's legal soo... what can you do? I'm such a Multi-shipper too, XD I ship that with Ryu x Chun-Li and Karin x Sakura as secondary pairings, so yeah more power to me! >:D I just want to like all my pairings in peace without some toxic shippers starting a fucking ship war over it! XD Sure, there's the secondaries, but Ryu x Sakura is my otp. I'm (im)patiently waiting for SFVI to see what happens next. @@kalmeio_17 Your fanfics are great! But like you said, they are in need of some editing. I enjoyed all of them, but the AU where Ryu and Sakura tear through a time/world space was really intriguing! It definitely has a ton of potential, and as somewhat of a writer, I'd say it just needs a bit of a slower pacing, exploring Ryu and Sakura's relationship here and there, and then it's golden to go! The idea is interesting because I'd expect both Ryu and Sakura would want to return to their world--but at a chance to become stronger with a new environment unfamiliar to polish their skills, it'd become hard for the both of them to want to leave so quickly--please continue with it! As for the ship wars, I despise them. They're in every fandom, but some of them are more irritating than the others. Anyway, since you mentioned secondary ships, I'll just slap Guy/Rose and Vega/Chun-Li here. I'm relatively new in actually following the lore rather than just mindlessly playing the games, so after IV, I picked these ships up. Guy may be engaged but as long as he's not officially married, my point stands. Also, Vega is crazy, but has shown some strands of redemption? I lose track of things. Overall, I definitely agree. If Capcom has the guts to actually confirm Ryu/Sakura beside the divisiveness, I'll be over the moon! They wouldn't be hinting at it for so long for nothing after all.

@@simpforFEsaizo Thank you! :D It's actually the fic I'm still trying to update frequently. I may need a beta reader... -_-; I will be focusing a lot on their dynamic, their feelings towards each other, along with the circumstance they're in throughout the fic. They will encounter some foes and make new allies along the way. They are either reoccurring minor or one-off characters so don't expect much. There will be a lot of twists, turns, and other threats later on (intense foreshadowing here). I'm trying to keep pacing consistent with changing the tone every once in a while and some insights of world-building thrown in there. There will be a lot of action-packed chapters for the quests they take on and some character-focused filler chapters as well. I'm planning to have around 25-30 chapters for the fic in total. And again, Thank you, I will keep those criticisms in mind. Guy/Rose and Vega/Chun-Li are interesting pairings and I'm open to anything within reason. Oh btw, I would love to see the art you made, if they're unfinished sketches or stuff you don't like posting it's ok. It's up to you.

Tell me about it. As much as I ship both (I do like Ryu x Sakura a bit more), I like them for the aesthetic, (one of my childhood ships btw, don’t judge me) it’s actually quite a stretch for Ryu x Chun Li to actually be canon because of the lack of chemistry, but some people don’t want to acknowledge that fact, but at least from what I seen there were some that were at least aware, most of them happened to be delusional unfortunately.
