Unfortunately, everyone in the crowd knew it was a bit since they all had to sign a series of forms to be on the show and knew they were being filmed. Been on several shows like this and it's 90% fake, with the only truly improvised moments being between the stars or accidents on set. It all comes down to good editing.

Not gonna lie, Bingo players take that shit so seriously. I used to work in a sports club which has bingo every week and I was extremely unlucky, so that shift was mine every Thursday. Honestly the worst shift at that place. They get mad even if you turn a quiet glass washer on. Had one lady scream at me because I offered to refill her coffee due to the wheelchair she was in, All I said was "Would you like a refill ma'am?" in a soft voice because I know all the bingo players just start staring you down if you make noise and she just decided to scream at me saying "I didn't hear the number with you being so loud"

(I think that was our booking limit, 180.) and one of those games would have a bonus prize Apparently it's gone up since I was last there, Bingo was a pretty big part of the club, excluding the pokie machines and everything like that.. So now they've changed it to around 2k With $120 jackpots and there's more days with games (Used to be just thursdays) ( I think) So now there's 15 winners a week maybe? Generally it's full of middle aged to elderly Karens and Kevins.
