Salada de Grão de Bico com Atum - Portuguese Chickpea and Tuna Salad

Today I have a very practical, fresh and healthy recipe for you:
"Salada de Grão de Bico com Atum" or in English "Portuguese Chickpea and Tuna Salad" and proof that it is possible to prepare a dish with the best Portuguese flavors, in just 15 minutes.
The chickpeas of the kabuli variety have a beige color and a thin, light skin. This grain are very popular in the Mediterranean region, mainly in Portugal and Spain and canned tuna is healthy and very practical to use to make different dishes.
👉🏼 INGREDIENTS:
- 1 can of cooked chickpeas (400g)
- 2 cans of tuna (à 120g)
- 1 sweet onion
- some olive oil
- chopped coriander
- 2 eggs
- salt and pepper

I love garbanzos, onions and tuna. All together? Ey! Never knew this was was a receta Portuguesa. Looks really good to me. I just made an egg salad yesterday. Now I need to make this! A little late in my reply, but there seems to be some issues with the message box at times. I am not always informed about individual messages immediately. Some always come a few hours later. The "Portuguese Chickpea and Tuna Salad" is a very healthy, light, quick and, above all, inexpensive way to conjure up lunch. Portugal is out of the woods with Covid-19.💪 As of today, shopping centers, restaurants and larger shops will finally open.
