It's not a "what if X happened", but i would love to see a scenario where Kami has god ki. Piccolo would then be a possessor of a small amount of god ki post fusion. Wouldn't neccesarily change a lot in Z (maybe he cant properly train it by himself), by it would mean Piccolo is aware of godly ki when Battle of Gods rolls around and is able to sense Beerus and SSG Goku. Maybe Beerus/Whis is even impressed by a Namekian with god ki, and offers to teach him.

So even if he didn't train he'd still have access to it always but I assume he'd still loose some strength if he did no training at all. Here's hoping Beast will be the one to beat black frieza.

Not only that, but from the end of the Buu saga until Resurrection F, it became pretty obvious he stopped training. As he had trouble against Frieza ONLY in his 1st form from just 1 big punch and almost probably died (granted Frieza was training as soon as he got revived).

The one thing I would have loved to hear, even if only for the briefest of moments, is Vegeta and Goku looking at each other in a sense of heightened understanding of themselves and each other as their eyes flicker in the other's colors (Purple for Goku, Grey for Vegeta). Obviously not total mastery of the other form, but the awareness of how it can be useful in building up their go-to.

Can you do a what if Shallot was canon? Maybe he could be a Saiyan that was originally sent to Earth long before Goku was ever sent there, but ended up being adopted by a human family. This is the eleventh time I commented this: What if Yamcha went to King Kais Planet with Goku? I have a Interesting idea for a DBZ What If…? To which I haven’t found anything anywhere. It is a What if…? Regarding what could happen to the Story if Yamcha somehow noticed that Goku and Piccolo where fighting Raditz and decided to help them. (Yamcha can come off as cowardly at times but in my opinion he is actually very brave, selfless and heroic if it counts, but he is mostly just too Weak to make a big enough impact.) I could imagine with Raditz having to face three opponents, he would be feel more cornered, which would probably push him to fight more brutally than normal, especially against his brother, which could lead to Goku dying a bit earlier than usual. (Maybe after he grabbed Raditz tail) Seeing his father die would still trigger Gohans rage boosted headbutt against Raditz armor, and Yamcha would Put Raditz in the Full Nelson, so Piccolo can hit the Special Beam Cannon. So this would lead to Yamcha ending up accompanying Goku to King Kai's Planet, where he could help Goku train, and also learn both the Kaioken and the Genkidama. (At this Point in the Story, Yamcha would have a Pure enough Heart/Soul so he could learn both these Techniques, and I think he would actually pretty good at using them, especially the Genkidama, since Yamcha is very Proficient at Controlling Ki, which is the Reason he can use his Spirit Ball technique. And maybe he could control the movements of a small Genkidama the same way as he can do it with the Spirit Ball, which maybe has the tradeoff that it is a bit weaker than a normal Genkidama maybe it is about 20% weaker, and this could greatly affect how the Story continues from this Point onwards) Additionally, this would also impact the Way Kami decides to train the other humans, since they are missing a person. Eventhough it is unlikely, I think Kami could consider having the humans use the Time Chamber, even though reluctantly, since he is a bit traumatized after seeing how it affected Goku when he had to use it, which is probably the reason that he doesn’t offer the humans to use it in the Original story. (The result of this: The humans all get stronger than normally, just so they can balance out the fact that Yamcha is missing in the fight against Nappa and the Saibamen, the results wouldn’t differ to much until Goka and Yamcha arrive, with only Krillin and Gohan left alive, just like in the Original) please consider making a What If…? From my suggestion because I really want to see how this would change the Story, and it is not so unrealistic if you think about it.

On Namek, krillin and tien went together, and i noticed that kinda happens a lot in the source material too to an extent. out of everyone there, krillin and goku have the best team dynamic, so it makes no sense on multiple levels to *not* put them together. if goku and gohan are the strongest there, why not split the powerhouses up? put krillin with goku who he would be more inclined to assist against for example: the ginyus. put tien with gohan since they dont have issues with their battle spirit like krillin does *unless hes with goku*. and that would even out the battle power of both teams. Loved the scenario at large though.
