Just to be clear, this is a bit of fun edgy power scaling for people who like that sort of thing, and want to know if Sonic could theoretically fight Naruto or Green Lantern or whatever. I don't think Sonic is actually meant to be this powerful in the canon of the games. If I had to place him in-canon, how strong the writers probably intend him to be, I think he started out in Sonic 1 around Mach 1 and small building level, and is currently somewhere around mach 10 and city block level when he goes all-out. I stand by all the Super Sonic scaling though.

Ok here's a thing namek frieza is not planet buster he is at bare minimum is a galaxy to low universal lvl. For galaxy lvl feat when namek was getting destroyed frieza added a per cent of his power to boost the destruction of planet and we can see when Goku was explaining his escape from Namek the aftermath of planet namek explosion covered entire galaxy . And in guidebook it's stated a single galaxy is a collection of innumerable amount of nebulae and a nebulae in context have innumerable amount of star's. As for universal statement king Kai stated frieza holds the power Destroy entire universe at this point. And even cell's previous form has statement of Cell's ki reaching entire universe . So yeah kindly research a bit more before making the videos ☺️ plzz. And I can point out still more for db if I includes their guidebook but nah let's leave it. 😅

The reason why I think Sonic is so strong is because according his creators, he is considered to be fairy, he shows up to help those in need and leave, he doesn't have a home, he doesn't have a back story, he is a static character, and most of motivations are either to just help his friends or those in need or to defend life and freedom. Sonic is the embodiment of chaos which is essentially life since The End is the embodiment of order which seems to be death. If Sonic is a God then I think it'd be more accurate to consider him the God of life and freedom over the God of the wind but he could also be both since the wind can also represent freedom, I feel like this could be the case with Super Sonic and his other transformations, but for base I'd say he's an avatar of chaos. Sonic is like a universal constant because as long as the chaos of life exists Sonic be there to save it and preserve it's freedom to choose how to how live from anyone be they a mortal or a God above other Gods.

Here are some things that I would like to point out about Sonic lore and gameplay since I've been a long time fan: 1.Super Sonic is said to be completely invulnerable to any and all attacks, with large scale final boss attacks only slowing him down. However Super Sonic has a health bar during the Perfect Dark Gaia fight, with Sonic commenting that he can actually FEEL the attacks (meaning either Dark Gaia's Atk power is higher than invulnerability or it negates Super Sonic's defense. 2. During the flash back cutscene on Chaos Island (Sonic Frontiers), Sonic and Tails witnesses the fight between the Ancients and THE END. Tails points out that the heavy artillery that the Ancients are using are equivalent to the Eclipse Cannon, while the beams being fired back by THE END are similar in strength to Perfect Dark Gaia. Tails won’t says these things lightly, he has an extremely high IQ (comparable to Eggman) and has witnessed the power of BOTH first hand (The moon was blown up only using a small portion of its potential power) (Super Sonic fight and Light Gaia vs Perfect Dark Gaia was shaking the planet) 3. As for the Titans, it’s clear that with the power of ONE emerald, they had the potential to battle THE END to a standstill, but lacked the strength to destroy it. Unlike Sonic who couldn’t use his normal Super form to its true potential to properly fight THE END in the original ending of Frontiers, he COULD end it after it had been weakened by Sage using the Supreme. 4. Since both Ian Flynn and Sonic Team/Sega have confirmed that Sonic's history is both consistent and canon across the games (remember point 2?) the only beings that could have built the World temples across Mobius/Earth would have been the Ancients (with help from CHIP/Light Gaia) and since Light Gaia states that he had been fighting Dark Gaia every few million years since the creation of the world, that would mean he had to either use his own power or use it in combination with the Master Emerald to forge his own Gaia colossus every time since the Chaos Emeralds didn’t exist until the Ancients brought them. My point? If the act of AWAKENING an emerald from its drained state can shift the planet back together, then it’s highly likely that it is on the very lowball of what a Chaos Emerald can truely do.

I've been trying to figure out some Sonic stuff for a few days now, about how Shadow, who is supposedly this ultimate lifeform (who acts as a mini-Chaos Emerald, but thats irrelevant to this) is being matched move for move by this seemingly all natural creature. Yeah, there are multiple times that powers go up and speed doesn't match. Ginyu Force is an example, where Burter is considered faster than Ginyu at the same speed as Recoome and Jeice. But Recoome has more raw physical strength than Burter and Jeice while Jeice is mostly all-around in abilities - all with the same power readings. Or Trunks bulking up his power to surpass Cell in raw power but incapable of touching him. So power and speed don't scale equally... Like at all. People don't realize that power readings (when they mattered) were measured by kicking power, punching power, griping power, grappling and throwing strength, stamina, durability, flight speed, punching speed, kicking speed, ki manipulation, ki output, perceptions, etc... As in real life. It's like allocating stat points and each point grants you an improvement of x0.001 which becomes miniscule the more your power levels become. It's why fights like Freeza's Final Form vs. Super Saiyan Goku was basically an even fight for the most part until Freeza ran out of stamina, even though the gap in power was supposed to be astronomical (30,000,000). The power system was kinda faulty, but only made WORSE by Dragon Ball fans who literally don't understand the system itself - making assumptions and using head-canon with no logic backing up any claims they decided to make on it even when in-series canon events would go against certain claims. So you're right.

Knuckles has some sort of special connection to chaos energy which allows him to restore or destroy anything with chaos energy. You can see in the sonic movie how he restored the broken master emerald to its original state. Knuckles can do the inverse as well and simply break anyone out of the chaos energy. So someone like solaris who has the power to destroy the universe wouldn’t be able to knock sonic out but knuckles could who is weaker.

This video contain everything I hate about powerscaling, from the assumptions of feats, the interpretation, the absolute bias toward one side. Like using dbz power level for speed calculation despite having been shown its not related by Burter being faster then Reecome and Ginue despite being lower in power level, and later the Trunks vs Cell fight where you could boost your power level while being slower than at a lower level. In the same side, calculating Sonic top speed on the supposed feat of escaping a 'black hole' despite it not only not being a black hole, never been described in game as a black hole, but clearly just an explosion of dark wisp energy, as it was made of nega-wisp and dissipated when the nega-wisp inside turned back into normal wisp. More over, Sonic failed to outrun it and was protected from the nega-wisp destructive force by a barrier of normal wisp. For power level, its also important to understand that destructive/offensive ability doesn't scale with Survival/defensive ability. Just because someone is capable of planet destruction doesn't mean it need planet destruction level of power to beat them, and at the same time, a character may be able to survive planet busting attacks and yet not being able to do more than city-level attack themselvelve. Why I am saying that ? Because for all the feats you give Sonic, we never actually see him destroy anything bigger than a moon, and it was as a Super Sonic in a simulated world boosted by the energy that made said world. Something he wasn't able to do just as super sonic. And its taken from the very last game of the saga following your rule of anti-feat value. And no, just because sonic destroyed the power source of a moon size station doesn't mean he literraly got the power to destroy said moon sized station. Its like saying someone got tank busting ability because they removed its battery or drained its oil. And you want me to believe he would be able to defeat even base Vegeta, someone that survived multiples planet busting attacks himself as the time he was introduced, by Sonic in his normal form ? At best, you could argue that Vegeta wouldn't be able to touch him, but then its just a draw made by the fact base Sonic can't hurt him either. And its not just taking into account Vegeta simply destroying the planet and Sonic dying from lack of air.

I like how you did this whole video without even mentioning the most insane thing; sure, Super Sonic was able to beat Solaris but The End is confirmed to be stronger... so much stronger in fact that it was implied in both routes in the story that Super Sonic could not beat it by himself... but in the DLC patch for the game (which seems to be the new canon route), Sonic gains an upgrade to his Super form referred to as Super Sonic 2 in the files and when he uses that form at 100% power, he kills The End in a single attack. He goes from not being able to defeat The End to being able to defeat it in a single attack... and sure, it physically hurts Sonic to use that form at full power but using it as a last resort (like he does at the end of Frontiers) would still give him a massive increase in power for virtually no cost.

Ever so slight correction but Shadow never admitted that Sonic is the ULF, he speculated that Sonic could be the ULF but was confirmed to have retracted that thought. Then in the 2005 Shadow game, Sonic does outright say that Shadow is the ULF.

Sonic is able to follow shadow’s movement in ether stopped time or when he was teleporting. Thus, infinite speed in base.

Im so used to high-end feats when doing these discussions with friends so I was thrown off in the beginning but Im glad that even you can't lowball how ridiculous Super Sonic is 😅. There are ways to get everyone here higher (especially Base Sonic, Raditz, and Frieza) but yea for a bare minimum, this was a damn good video!
