If I remember right, Buu is the only one who can regenerate on a molecular level. It's really not a huge difference though, it just means Cell can be wiped out by any overwhelming ki attack while Buu takes something like a Hakai or Spirit Bomb to be killed.

Here's the thing. In canon, 17 and 18 were stronger in the main timeline than in Trunks' timeline, scaled to match the group's new strength after their years of training (albeit unaware of Goku being a Super Saiyan), so while Gero wasn't watching them 24/7, he was doing some surveillance from time to time at the very least. I mean, he was working on 17 and 18 personally, instead of the computer that's handled the Cell project. He didn't notice Super Saiyan in canon because it was only ever shown off against Trunks, but in this what-if, he clearly noticed Super Saiyan God, and thus would have adjusted not only himself, but also Androids 17~19. Also, who's to say canon Cell didn't have Super Saiyan cells? It wasn't Gero himself grabbing DNA from everyone, it was a computer he programmed specifically to develop Cell.

U. Tourny would be interesting because Beerus will train the U6 roster to achieve SSG. Since Champa doesn't have the drive to train U7 (probably the one who asked to be train is Goku), U7 will be in a tight spot fighting U6

Also, the powerscaling of the Android Saga is ridiculous. 16 would be millions to billions of times weaker than SSG-tier characters. What that does translate to? The part I feel keeps getting breezed over is that as a GOd of destruction they have to destroy planets from time to time to make sure their universe keeps improving. It was hinted to when a few universes were excluded since their universe rating was higher so seeing trunks as the beacon of hope for the weak conflicts with his necessary role as a GOd of destruction. Honestly I feel the only 2 real candidates are Vegeta and piccolo. Now piccolo is a tough mentor but it's not far fetched to believe he could be okay with erasing planets. He didn't seem to have much conflicting emotions in the TOP

I'm not the one who made this but I can't be bothered to put effort in a yr comment section In the BoG movie Goku says even Fusion can’t beat Beerus, putting a heavily lowballed SSJ God at 20k Base Vegito (lowballed) = SSJ3 Goku SSJ3 400x multiplier SSJ Vegito 20,000x stronger than Goku SSJ3 Vegito 160,000x stronger than Goku In the anime Fusion is never brought up but Goku is stated the strongest fighter in history which puts Failed Ritual Goku above or at least equal to SSJ Vegito or SSJ3 Vegito, so a 20,000x or 160,000x multiplier Super Saiyan God Goku says he’s obtained more power than ever before so we can lowball it at least 2x stronger than Failed Ritual SSJ God, so a 40,000x or 320,000x

SSJ3 is a larger multiplier than 400x because Super Saiyan Grades 2/3/4 are further multiplications of the standard Super Saiyan transformation. You can make the assumption that SSJ Grade 4 is simply an advanced version of Grade 1 but that implies that staying in SSJ as a natural state increases base power to an incredible degree which I wouldn’t argue but wouldn’t agree with.

You know what's the most fascinating about this? With all these time lines and time travels and all the fucking around with the universe in the futures past, this scenario is just 1, of many more possible realities. These Videos always remind me on the Theory of Parallel Universes: "What if this and this happaned?" It's really interesting to think about it. :D

I like the idea of this scenario though I thought one of the criteria for SSG was that the saiyans on the rituals are pure of heart while for sure I can see Trunks, Goku, Gohan, Bulla and Tarble clearing the criteria pre android saga Vegeta would not be able to do so. Tbh a cop-out could've been that since Vegeta stayed on earth and had a kid Goku found out didn't want to stay behind competition and saiyans and Chi Chi is pregnant earlier swapping her for Vegeta on the ritual to have the righteous criteria for the ritual
