You will only get a glimpse of how good the dancer is when you go to at least 2 of their workshops ^_^ No a dancer cannot be judged by simple 2 rounds. A dancer shouldn't be judged by the battle but rather their talent. I like salah and Jutsu both of them because they are both amazing. Jutsu is not just boogaloo, give him more rounds and he will show all parts of popping :D I have been taught by jutsu and yes he knows all of the parts for popping. He can be a Animation, a waver, crazy legs, etc anything. He is still training and is always improving like what a dancer should be doing :D Jutsu is creative in his own art.

@WutangClan4LiF3 Greentek is also one of my favorite young poppers, he still has a ways to go to get on Salahs level though, he has a great style, and strong legs, very funky, but, Salah in my opinion is a complete dancer strong in every area, greentek will get there though...look up Jigsaw.. he also another good popper

I agree that Salah is more known for he's tricks than the dancing itself, but i haven't seen a lot of renowned dancers deny his musicality, Mr Wiggles says it himself he dances with a lot of tricks but he never loses its musicality.
