But as you said as much as kujipima fitness iko poa.. solo rides hua best juu ukiona view fiti unastop picha kadhaa unaendelea.. kuna msee fulani elite alisema when going for a long distance and the route has obstructions.. smooth is fast juu hakuna haja unasprint then bump truck or cart.. nguvu itaisha mapema.. ujifika ina an open road weka pace constant not low and not high.. you save energy and moves for a long distance without stopping

Nimepiga solo ride from Nakuru to Naivasha and back 140km with an MTB. Kama sio kudraft those lorries that would have been torture. Otherwise keep it up and post more.
