Salamat ali khan saheb is undoubtedly par excellence. But , if we didn't have nazakat ali khan saheb's vishraanthi and queit power and impact, ( which is the backbone of indian music), one will not be able to handle the super sonia speed portions. Yes indeed salamat saheb is a prolific musician. but, there is this unexplainable saukyam in nazakat saheb 's voice, approach to music, which makes me go into myself effortlessly.

Everything about this music is superlative: Salamat and Nazakat Ali Khan; the sarangi player; the tabla player and the sound recordist who made it possible for the two brother’s voice to come from two separate speakers! This is Hindustani classical music at its best.

Khansahab Salamat Ali khan is a marvel of God.None of the artists can ever match his precision and technicality of Taans and voice culture.I wonder if the audiences of today have even heard this rendition..if they have even slightest sensibilities of music,they will understand what iam saying.

Bethshan classic Studio that’s a very biased opinion..... artists of great caliber have emerged throughout history .....it’s extremely novice of any person who tries to rank them....however if the question is on speed which a baseless criterion to judge any artist ,there have been other great artists who could produce various prakar ke taan with electrifying speed....however as I mentioned it’s rather foolish to compare artists so it is advisable not to pass biased comments and enjoy salamat saab’s electrifying presentation to the fullest.....he was one of a kind and his uniqueness sets him apart and that is why we listen to such artists

@@soham8186 No .... I am not saying that ust Salamat is greater than all others but I will say that he had the fastest taan speed ever !! Theres nothing wrong with acknowledging it.... Speed comes with years of ryaz Ust Salamat had the fastest taan ever, that crown goes to him Hardwork always pays off we don't even after how many hours of ryaz he got that speed that his throat became totally mechanical because it's not possible for human to sing like that 🙏🙏 #peace

Due to expansion & patronage of royal courts, classical has become for some centuries " distributed " into gharanahs, which themselves have been consisted of different gharanahs, and every ustad has its own improvised style chosen from the 7 existing styles, it all depends on your thorax, akaars & riyaz, everybody can come forward with his or her performance, comparison is useless, can misguide you resulting in lack of appriciations like fixing notes industrialising it .....
