Depende po how much rent ng house mo. Pwede ka magtipid sa food and ibang gastos. Sa house un mejo challenging kung makakahanap k na murang bed space or room.

yup! but you need to have continuous employment for 8 years and must have investment in real estate.

@@trudy-annyoung2086 Even non-residents can acquire real estate property in Cayman as long as you have the money. But if you are going to apply for a mortgage at least you should have worked in Cayman for 2 years and continue to hold a valid work permit.
