Sale of Richardson home thwarted by drive-by shooting

FOX 4 spoke to the owner of the home on Melrose Drive. He says he accepted an offer on the home Friday, only for the buyer to back out after the shooting.

This happened to my house with parents and kid inside the house and cops in the county were like don’t bother us unless someone was hit. No justice, no accountability. There are still good cops here but all the terrible ones can get hit by a Mack truck along with whoever is enabling them… bunch of clowns running our gov and justice system it appears

Richardson is usually very quiet. The seller will drop the the price and someone will get a good deal.

@@reekhavoc2932 It's true, especially the zip code this house is in 75080. All the neighborhoods in that zip code like Heights Park, Prairie Creek, Canyon Creek, the reservation, Waterview preservation all have a leave it to beaver feel to them.
