That's the problem with incidents like this. You don't HAVE to have done anything to have some psycho come after you. You can be driving perfectly normal with nothing having occurred, and be completely unaware that someone's following you cussing and screaming and fantasizing about killing you because of something THEY did. Like, say you were driving normal and just went through an intersection like you were supposed to, but someone was coming from another road and was planning on blowing through it out of turn. They got to it almost at the same time as you because they were doing double the speed limit and had to stop because you were there. They take it as an insult and a challenge, driving in themselves deeper into insanity and rage. And you're not even aware it even happened. Next thing you know you pull up at your house and some car screeches to a stop and someone jumps out screaming at you, bug-eyed, frothing at the mouth because of an alternate reality situation of their own creation.

@irtehpwn092 жыл бұрын
@@dr.floridaman4805 No based on the amount of people who are let out on bond and then go back out and severely beat up or murder someone. It does bring up a difficult dilema though, what if you defended yourself and had to use deadly force, by the standard im saying here, you would not be released on bond. Like Kyle Rittenhouse he defended himself with deadly force, however Kyle was not released, he was kept in custody for months after he handed himself in, it was kind of necessary though because crazy people had depicted him as something else entirely, mischaracterized every part of the incident and wanted to attack him. Still i think i would lean towards a bit of time falsely imprisoned rather than let shooters out on bond to go and shoot more people, its fucking wild that you can go shoot up a crowd of people get arrested and then be let out on bond, perhaps there are better solutions, i don't know but letting people out on bond after they shot people, seems fucking insane.

1. Aggravated assault is a very serious charge in and of itself. 2. What you get charged for is not necessarily what you go to trial for. 3. To obtain the probable cause warrant, aggravated assault is quick and easy to prove. You simply need grievous bodily hard and a deadly weapon to be involved. 4. Attempted murder is a very hard case to make, even for a prosecutor who has all the time in the world to make the case.

Ms. Gloria Im not trying to be rude but you sound just like another follower like so many people in this world that really don't know the first thing about the justice system.anyone who talks like that does not know what they're talkin about. I've had my entire life ruined because of the justice system for a handul of minor offenses that I have committed half of which occurred when I was a juvenile and I'm not running around complaining about what's wrong with the justice system I really wish people would stop doing that. Some people commit serious crimes and they get punished for it just like they supposed to be some people commit serious crimes and they get let go which is not fair and some people commit minor crimes and get punished severely for it just like some people commit minor offenses and don't get punished very sternly for it. Stuff happens sometimes stuff slips through the cracks some people get over punished but my point is most of the people these days talking about what's wrong with Justice System have no experience even with the justice system they don't know what they're talkin about... it just seems an awful lot to me like people like to have something to complain about these days whether it makes sense or not. Sometimes the justice system works sometimes it fails us just like anything else in this world. If you've never been a judge or an attorney and if you've never been in trouble yourself there's a good chance you probably don't know what you're talkin about I'm sorry I'm just being honest.
