This is great content. Our real estate company negotiates complex letters of intent however, the actual contracts are drafted by attorneys. Two questions: 1. I'm assuming we can simply refer to a "letter of intent" as a "contract"in Zoho contracts where we can easily assemble the document and track changes. 2. As we're not the authors of the final actual contract, does Zoho Contracts still serve a function where we can retain and manage critical information from the final contract? Ideally, we want to be able to continue managing, and tracking critical dates and automating notices when those critical dates are coming due.
