This is really good, but the follow up functionality ideally sits in the transaction db. For example, while on a call, you could set the followup, or after you email someone.

Really great video and idea! You inspired me to create my own version. The one part of your setup that I decided to improve upon is interval days. It's not ideal to have it as a select, but instead a number so that you don't have to make adjustments to the formula every time you add a new interval and can set it at whatever you wish. I think he’s doing plenty to be helpful and teach people the skills to do it themselves. However, not everyone wants to learn it, or has the time to do it. He’s helping people through free content and free templates and also helping the people who would rather buy a turnkey solution. 🤷‍♂️
