I got hammered on free returns. Never again! I am to small of a seller. They bought the stuff shoes for instant to try on compare with shoes they had! What a joke. I have just returns on some guy even dinged me on a free return for the wrong color. It still has not come off? A item not as described. 😮 for me it doesn’t work me paying for shipping on a return. Let them post for sale and they can use my photos like posh. I love so many of your other tips! Thanks!

Thanks gents. I would like to know how you all handle the flood of offers that come in. I only have about 1k items in my store but back when I turned off all offers I had about 400 items and I would spend more time dealing with offers than anything else. The $5 shipped offers (probably from other resellers) were too much for me to deal with as I feel obligated to respond to every message. I am just curious if you even respond to low balls or just hit decline and then deal with people getting angry.

Word on the streets is to always go back and forth with low ball offers regardless because the back and forth shows activity to the algorithm on that item and will move it higher in search. Is it true? Idk but I do it.

So you do free returns and pay for it, but if item returned reason was doesnt fit. You dont refund original shipping. So technically you break even and dont lose anything for a return? And buyer loses original shipping return?

Yes that is correct. 99% of the time the customer doesn’t say anything about the original shipping. If they do by chance we just go ahead and refund it also just to keep them happy.

I'll probably find a way to describe it somewhere in the listing. 99% of the time it works cuz the buyer doesn't have a chance say no to it unless they contact you through email or complain to support?
