If you want your sales to go through, treating everyone with respect, irrespective of their position, is the main key. If we are dressed simple, many a time, we don't get attended to and if attended, it's with a feeling of frustration and irritation with rolling eyes and a blank expression with just formalities and waiting for us to go. It gives us a feeling that we should never visit the centre again rather than wanting to come again. I too face this situation when dressed in simple attire.

The assistants are very unprofessional and rude looking down on people. They needs to be reported am glad he reported them yes the cleaner is very professional she needs to be up graded and let those two unprofessional be the cleaner. They should be ashamed of themselves you do not judge anyone on their appearance. Because he’s not dressed in a suit does not mean he’s poor and so what if he’s poor you can’t charge him to look very rude assistants you both deserve what you get you both even deserve worse.
