Those older videos were brilliant - so many immediately useful techniques that I applied right away. The newer videos are more energetic and in your face but less technique/method and more "be a warrior, raaargh" and I do miss the upskilling that he conveyed so well. Edit for clarity: I still like the new videos, but different people react differently to different styles, and I found the older style clicked more with me.

I invest thousands of dollars in a personal training business coach and my return was so minimal. I worked hard and did everything they said and when the program was over I was debt from the plane trips to NY and the money invested in the program. It was the worst feeling ever.
